وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
اور جتنی بھی چیزیں ہیں ان سب کے خزانے ہمارے پاس ہیں، اور ہم ہر چیز کو اس کے مقرره انداز سے اتارتے ہیں.
And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known [i.e., specified] measure.
وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۢ بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّـٰهُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍۭ بِهِۦ لَقَـٰدِرُونَ
ہم ایک صحیح انداز سے آسمان سے پانی برساتے ہیں، پھر اسے زمین میں ٹھہرا دیتے ہیں، اور ہم اس کے لے جانے پر یقیناً قادر ہیں.
And We have sent down rain from the sky in a measured amount and settled it in the earth. And indeed, We are Able to take it away.
۞ وَلَوْ بَسَطَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِعِبَادِهِۦ لَبَغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَـٰكِن يُنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرٍ مَّا يَشَآءُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرٌۢ بَصِيرٌ
اگر اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے (سب) بندوں کی روزی فراخ کر دیتا تو وه زمین میں فساد برپا کردیتے لیکن وه اندازے کے ساتھ جو کچھ چاہتا ہے نازل فرماتا ہے۔ وه اپنے بندوں سے پورا خبردار ہے اور خوب دیکھنے واﻻ ہے.
And if Allāh had extended [excessively] provision for His servants, they would have committed tyranny throughout the earth. But He sends [it] down in an amount which He wills. Indeed He is, of His servants, Aware and Seeing.
وَٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۢ بِقَدَرٍ فَأَنشَرْنَا بِهِۦ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ
اسی نے آسمان سے ایک اندازے کے مطابق پانی نازل فرمایا، پس ہم نے اس سے مرده شہر کو زنده کردیا۔ اسی طرح تم نکالے جاؤ گے.
And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth -
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ
بیشک ہم نے ہر چیز کو ایک (مقرره) اندازے پر پیدا کیا ہے.
Indeed, all things We created with predestination.
