وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ءَايَـٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ ۖ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ
اور یقیناً ہم نے آپ کی طرف روشن دلیلیں بھیجی ہیں جن کا انکار سوائے بدکاروں کے کوئی نہیں کرتا۔
And We have certainly revealed to you verses [which are] clear proofs, and no one would deny them except the defiantly disobedient.
وَقَالَ إِنَّمَا ٱتَّخَذْتُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَوْثَـٰنًا مَّوَدَّةَ بَيْنِكُمْ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ ثُمَّ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ يَكْفُرُ بَعْضُكُم بِبَعْضٍ وَيَلْعَنُ بَعْضُكُم بَعْضًا وَمَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّـٰصِرِينَ
(حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام نے) کہا کہ تم نے جن بتوں کی پرستش اللہ کے سوا کی ہے انہیں تم نے اپنی آپس کی دنیوی دوستی کی بنا ٹھہرا لی ہے، تم سب قیامت کے دن ایک دوسرے سے کفر کرنے لگو گے اور ایک دوسرے پر لعنت کرنے لگو گے۔ اور تمہارا سب کا ٹھکانہ دوزخ ہوگا اور تمہارا کوئی مددگار نہ ہوگا.
And [Abraham] said, "You have only taken, other than Allāh, idols as [a bond of] affection among you in worldly life. Then on the Day of Resurrection you will deny one another and curse one another, and your refuge will be the Fire, and you will not have any helpers."
وَلَوْلَآ أَن يَكُونَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَٰحِدَةً لَّجَعَلْنَا لِمَن يَكْفُرُ بِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ لِبُيُوتِهِمْ سُقُفًا مِّن فِضَّةٍ وَمَعَارِجَ عَلَيْهَا يَظْهَرُونَ
اور اگر یہ بات نہ ہوتی کہ تمام لوگ ایک ہی طریقہ پر ہو جائیں گے تو رحمٰن کے ساتھ کفر کرنے والوں کے گھروں کی چھتوں کو ہم چاندی کی بنادیتے۔ اور زینوں کو (بھی) جن پر چڑھا کرتے.
And if it were not that the people would become one community [of disbelievers], We would have made for those who disbelieve in the Most Merciful - for their houses - ceilings and stairways of silver upon which to mount.
