وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا۟ مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِن كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ ٱلْجِبَالُ
یہ اپنی اپنی چالیں چل رہے ہیں اور اللہ کو ان کی تمام چالوں کا علم ہے اور ان کی چالیں ایسی نہ تھیں کہ ان سے پہاڑ اپنی جگہ سے ٹل جائیں.
And they had planned their plan, but with Allāh is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan had been [sufficient] to do away with the mountains.
أَفَأَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مَكَرُوا۟ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ أَن يَخْسِفَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
بدترین داؤ پیچ کرنے والے کیا اس بات سے بے خوف ہوگئے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں زمین میں دھنسا دے یا ان کے پاس ایسی جگہ سے عذاب آجائے جہاں کا انہیں وہم وگمان بھی نہ ہو.
Then, do those who have planned evil deeds feel secure that Allāh will not cause the earth to swallow them or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive?
فَوَقَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا۟ ۖ وَحَاقَ بِـَٔالِ فِرْعَوْنَ سُوٓءُ ٱلْعَذَابِ
پس اسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمام بدیوں سے محفوظ رکھ لیا جو انہوں نے سوچ رکھی تھیں اور فرعون والوں پر بری طرح کا عذاب الٹ پڑا.
So Allāh protected him from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst of punishment -
