يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ
اللہ جو چاہے مٹا دے اور جو چاہے ﺛابت رکھے، لوح محفوظ اسی کے پاس ہے.
Allāh eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
