يُخَـٰدِعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
وه اللہ تعالیٰ کو اور ایمان والوں کو دھوکا دیتے ہیں، لیکن دراصل وه خود اپنے آپ کو دھوکا دے رہے ہیں، مگر سمجھتے نہیں۔
They [think to] deceive Allāh and those who believe, but they deceive not except themselves and perceive [it] not.
أَلَآ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ
خبردار ہو! یقیناً یہی لوگ فساد کرنے والے ہیں، لیکن شعور (سمجھ) نہیں رکھتے۔
Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.
وَدَّت طَّآئِفَةٌ مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَوْ يُضِلُّونَكُمْ وَمَا يُضِلُّونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
اہل کتاب کی ایک جماعت چاہتی ہے کہ تمہیں گمراه کر دیں۔ دراصل وه خود اپنے آپ کو گمراه کر رہے ہیں اور سمجھتے نہیں۔
A faction of the People of the Scripture wish they could mislead you. But they do not mislead except themselves, and they perceive [it] not.
وَهُمْ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ وَيَنْـَٔوْنَ عَنْهُ ۖ وَإِن يُهْلِكُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
اور یہ لوگ اس سے دوسروں کو بھی روکتے ہیں اور خود بھی اس سے دور دور رہتے ہیں اور یہ لوگ اپنے ہی کو تباه کر رہے ہیں اور کچھ خبر نہیں رکھتے۔
And they prevent [others] from him and are [themselves] remote from him. And they do not destroy except themselves, but they perceive [it] not.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَـٰبِرَ مُجْرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُوا۟ فِيهَا ۖ وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
اور اسی طرح ہم نے ہر بستی میں وہاں کے رئیسوں ہی کو جرائم کا مرتکب بنایا تاکہ وه لوگ وہاں فریب کریں۔ اور وه لوگ اپنے ہی ساتھ فریب کررہے ہیں اور ان کو ذرا خبر نہیں۔
And thus We have placed within every city the greatest of its criminals to conspire therein. But they conspire not except against themselves, and they perceive [it] not.
