الٓر ۚ كِتَـٰبٌ أُحْكِمَتْ ءَايَـٰتُهُۥ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتْ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ
الرٰ، یہ ایک ایسی کتاب ہے کہ اس کی آیتیں محکم کی گئی ہیں، پھر صاف صاف بیان کی گئی ہیں ایک حکیم باخبر کی طرف سے.
Alif, Lām, Rā. [This is] a Book whose verses are perfected and then presented in detail from [one who is] Wise and Aware
وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى ٱلْقُرْءَانَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ
بیشک آپ کو اللہ حکیم وعلیم کی طرف سے قرآن سکھایا جارہا ہے.
And indeed, [O Muḥammad], you receive the Qur’ān from one Wise and Knowing.
لَّا يَأْتِيهِ ٱلْبَـٰطِلُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَلَا مِنْ خَلْفِهِۦ ۖ تَنزِيلٌ مِّنْ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٍ
جس کے پاس باطل پھٹک بھی نہیں سکتا نہ اس کے آگے سے نہ اس کے پیچھے سے، یہ ہے نازل کرده حکمتوں والے خوبیوں والے (اللہ) کی طرف سے.
Falsehood cannot approach it from before it or from behind it; [it is] a revelation from a [Lord who is] Wise and Praiseworthy.
فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ
اسی رات میں ہر ایک مضبوط کام کا فیصلہ کیا جاتا ہے.
Therein [i.e., on that night] is made distinct every precise matter -
