وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَـٰقَكُمْ لَا تَسْفِكُونَ دِمَآءَكُمْ وَلَا تُخْرِجُونَ أَنفُسَكُم مِّن دِيَـٰرِكُمْ ثُمَّ أَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ
اورجب ہم نے تم سے وعده لیا کہ آپس میں خون نہ بہانا (قتل نہ کرنا) اور آپس والوں کو جلا وطن نہ کرنا، تم نے اقرار کیا اور تم اس کے شاہد بنے۔
And [recall] when We took your covenant, [saying], "Do not shed your [i.e., each other's] blood or evict one another from your homes." Then you acknowledged [this] while you were witnessing.
لَّا يَنْهَىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَـٰتِلُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَـٰرِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُقْسِطِينَ
جن لوگوں نے تم سے دین کے بارے میں لڑائی نہیں لڑی اور تمہیں جلاوطن نہیں کیا ان کے ساتھ سلوک واحسان کرنے اور منصفانہ بھلے برتاؤ کرنے سے اللہ تعالیٰ تمہیں نہیں روکتا، بلکہ اللہ تعالیٰ تو انصاف کرنے والوں سے محبت کرتا ہے.
Allāh does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allāh loves those who act justly.
إِنَّمَا يَنْهَىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ قَـٰتَلُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَـٰرِكُمْ وَظَـٰهَرُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ
اللہ تعالیٰ تمہیں صرف ان لوگوں کی محبت سے روکتا ہے جنہوں نے تم سے دین کے بارے میں لڑائیاں لڑیں اور تمہیں شہر سے نکال دیئے اور شہر سے نکالنے والوں کی مدد کی جو لوگ ایسے کفار سے محبت کریں وه (قطعاً) ﻇالم ہیں.
Allāh only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion - [forbids] that you make allies of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers.
