وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُضِلَّ قَوْمًۢا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَىٰهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُبَيِّنَ لَهُم مَّا يَتَّقُونَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
اور اللہ ایسا نہیں کرتا کہ کسی قوم کو ہدایت کر کے بعد میں گمراه کر دے جب تک کہ ان چیزوں کو صاف صاف نہ بتلادے جن سے وه بچیں بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ ہر چیز کو خوب جانتا ہے۔
And Allāh would not let a people stray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allāh is Knowing of all things.
ثَانِىَ عِطْفِهِۦ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ لَهُۥ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا خِزْىٌ ۖ وَنُذِيقُهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ عَذَابَ ٱلْحَرِيقِ
جو اپنی پہلو موڑنے واﻻ بن کر اس لئے کہ اللہ کی راه سے بہکادے، اسے دنیا میں بھی رسوائی ہوگی اور قیامت کے دن بھی ہم اسے جہنم میں جلنے کا عذاب چکھائیں گے.
Twisting his neck [in arrogance] to mislead [people] from the way of Allāh. For him in the world is disgrace, and We will make him taste on the Day of Resurrection the punishment of the Burning Fire [while it is said],
وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَشْتَرِى لَهْوَ ٱلْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًا ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ
اور بعض لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں جو لغو باتوں کو مول لیتے ہیں کہ بےعلمی کے ساتھ لوگوں کو اللہ کی راه سے بہکائیں اور اسے ہنسی بنائیں، یہی وه لوگ ہیں جن کے لئے رسوا کرنے واﻻ عذاب ہے.
And of the people is he who buys the amusement of speech to mislead [others] from the way of Allāh without knowledge and who takes it [i.e., His way] in ridicule. Those will have a humiliating punishment.
