ٱلَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَهُم بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ كَـٰفِرُونَ
جو اللہ کی راه سے اعراض کرتے تھے اور اس میں کجی تلاش کرتے تھے اور وه لوگ آخرت کے بھی منکر تھے۔
Who averted [people] from the way of Allāh and sought to make it [seem] deviant while they were, concerning the Hereafter, disbelievers."
قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَكْبَرُوٓا۟ إِنَّا بِٱلَّذِىٓ ءَامَنتُم بِهِۦ كَـٰفِرُونَ
وه متکبر لوگ کہنے لگے کہ تم جس بات پر یقین ﻻئے ہوئے ہو، ہم تو اس کے منکر ہیں۔
Said those who were arrogant, "Indeed we, in that which you have believed, are disbelievers."
فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَـٰدُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَـٰفِرُونَ
پس آپ کو ان کے مال واوﻻد تعجب میں نہ ڈال دیں۔ اللہ کی چاہت یہی ہے کہ اس سے انہیں دنیا کی زندگی میں ہی سزا دے اور ان کے کفر ہی کی حالت میں ان کی جانیں نکل جائیں۔
So let not their wealth or their children impress you. Allāh only intends to punish them through them in worldly life and that their souls should depart [at death] while they are disbelievers.
وَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَأَوْلَـٰدُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَـٰفِرُونَ
آپ کو ان کے مال واوﻻد کچھ بھی بھلے نہ لگیں! اللہ کی چاہت یہی ہے کہ انہیں ان چیزوں سے دنیوی سزا دے اور یہ اپنی جانیں نکلنے تک کافر ہی رہیں۔

وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَتْهُمْ رِجْسًا إِلَىٰ رِجْسِهِمْ وَمَاتُوا۟ وَهُمْ كَـٰفِرُونَ
اور جن کے دلوں میں روگ ہے اس سورت نے ان میں ان کی گندگی کے ساتھ اور گندگی بڑھا دی اور وه حالت کفر ہی میں مر گئے۔
But as for those in whose hearts is disease, it has [only] increased them in evil [in addition] to their evil. And they will have died while they are disbelievers.
