فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَىٰهُمْ إِذْ جَآءَهُم بَأْسُنَآ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِينَ
سو جس وقت ان پر ہمارا عذاب آیا اس وقت ان کے منھ سے بجز اس کے اور کوئی بات نہ نکلی کہ واقعی ہم ﻇالم تھے۔
And their declaration when Our punishment came to them was only that they said, "Indeed, we were wrongdoers!"
وَٱتَّخَذَ قَوْمُ مُوسَىٰ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ مِنْ حُلِيِّهِمْ عِجْلًا جَسَدًا لَّهُۥ خُوَارٌ ۚ أَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّهُۥ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمْ وَلَا يَهْدِيهِمْ سَبِيلًا ۘ ٱتَّخَذُوهُ وَكَانُوا۟ ظَـٰلِمِينَ
اور موسیٰ (علیہ السلام) کی قوم نے ان کے بعد اپنے زیوروں کا ایک بچھڑا معبود ٹھہرا لیا جو کہ ایک قالب تھا جس میں ایک آواز تھی۔ کیا انہوں نے یہ نہ دیکھا کہ وه ان سے بات نہیں کرتا تھا اور نہ ان کو کوئی راه بتلاتا تھا اس کو انہوں نے معبود قرار دیا اور بڑی بے انصافی کا کام کیا۔
And the people of Moses made, after [his departure], from their ornaments a calf - an image having a lowing sound. Did they not see that it could neither speak to them nor guide them to a way? They took it [for worship], and they were wrongdoers.
كَدَأْبِ ءَالِ فِرْعَوْنَ ۙ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَهْلَكْنَـٰهُم بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَأَغْرَقْنَآ ءَالَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ وَكُلٌّ كَانُوا۟ ظَـٰلِمِينَ
مثل حالت فرعونیوں کے اور ان سے پہلے کے لوگوں کے کہ انہوں نے اپنے رب کی باتیں جھٹلائیں۔ پس ان کے گناہوں کے باعﺚ ہم نے انہیں برباد کیا اور فرعونیوں کو ڈبو دیا۔ یہ سارے ﻇالم تھے۔
[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They denied the signs of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh. And all [of them] were wrongdoers.
قَالُوا۟ يَـٰوَيْلَنَآ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِينَ
کہنے لگے ہائے ہماری خرابی! بیشک ہم ﻇالم تھے.
They said, "O woe to us! Indeed, we were wrongdoers."
وَلَئِن مَّسَّتْهُمْ نَفْحَةٌ مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّكَ لَيَقُولُنَّ يَـٰوَيْلَنَآ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِينَ
اگر انہیں تیرے رب کے کسی عذاب کا جھونکا بھی لگ جائے تو پکار اٹھیں کہ ہائے ہماری بدبختی! یقیناً ہم گنہگار تھے.
And if [as much as] a whiff of the punishment of your Lord should touch them, they would surely say, "O woe to us! Indeed, we have been wrongdoers."
