قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْحُجَّةُ ٱلْبَـٰلِغَةُ ۖ فَلَوْ شَآءَ لَهَدَىٰكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
آپ کہیے کہ بس پوری حجت اللہ ہی کی رہی۔ پھر اگر وه چاہتا تو تم سب کو راه راست پر لے آتا۔
Say, "With Allāh is the far-reaching [i.e., conclusive] argument. If He had willed, He would have guided you all."
فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
اگر کاش کہ ہمیں ایک مرتبہ پھر جانا ملتا تو ہم پکے سچے مومن بن جاتے.
Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers..."
طَاعَةٌ وَقَوْلٌ مَّعْرُوفٌ ۚ فَإِذَا عَزَمَ ٱلْأَمْرُ فَلَوْ صَدَقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ
فرمان کا بجا ﻻنا اور اچھی بات کا کہنا۔ پھر جب کام مقرر ہو جائے، تو اللہ کے ساتھ سچے رہیں تو ان کے لئے بہتری ہے.
Obedience and good words. And when the matter [of fighting] was determined, if they had been true to Allāh, it would have been better for them.
