فَبَدَّلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ قَوْلًا غَيْرَ ٱلَّذِى قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَنزَلْنَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ رِجْزًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْسُقُونَ

پھر ان ﻇالموں نے اس بات کو جو ان سے کہی گئی تھی بدل ڈالی، ہم نے بھی ان ﻇالموں پر ان کے فسق ونافرمانی کی وجہ سے آسمانی عذاب نازل کیا۔

But those who wronged changed [those words] to a statement other than that which had been said to them, so We sent down upon those who wronged a punishment [i.e., plague] from the sky because they were defiantly disobeying.

فَبَدَّلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ قَوْلًا غَيْرَ ٱلَّذِى قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِجْزًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَظْلِمُونَ

سو بدل ڈاﻻ ان ﻇالموں نے ایک اور کلمہ جو خلاف تھا اس کلمہ کے جس کی ان سے فرمائش کی گئی تھی، اس پر ہم نے ان پر ایک آفت سماوی بھیجی اس وجہ سے کہ وه حکم کو ضائع کرتے تھے۔

But those who wronged among them changed [the words] to a statement other than that which had been said to them. So We sent upon them a punishment from the sky for the wrong that they were doing.

إِنَّا مُنزِلُونَ عَلَىٰٓ أَهْلِ هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ رِجْزًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْسُقُونَ

ہم اس بستی والوں پر آسمانی عذاب نازل کرنے والے ہیں اس وجہ سے کہ یہ بےحکم ہو رہے ہیں.

Indeed, we will bring down on the people of this city punishment from the sky because they have been defiantly disobedient."
