فَالِقُ ٱلْإِصْبَاحِ وَجَعَلَ ٱلَّيْلَ سَكَنًا وَٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ حُسْبَانًا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ
وه صبح کا نکالنے واﻻ ہے اور اس نے رات کو راحت کی چیز بنا یا ہے اور سورج اور چاند کو حساب سے رکھا ہے۔ یہ ٹھہرائی بات ہے ایسی ذات کی جو کہ قادر ہے بڑے علم واﻻ ہے۔
[He is] the cleaver of daybreak and has made the night for rest and the sun and moon for calculation. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
وَٱلشَّمْسُ تَجْرِى لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَّهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ
اور سورج کے لئے جو مقرره راه ہے وه اسی پر چلتا رہتا ہے۔ یہ ہے مقرر کرده غالب، باعلم اللہ تعالیٰ کا.
And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ
اس کتاب کا نازل فرمانا اس اللہ کی طرف سے ہے جو غالب اور دانا ہے.
The revelation of the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing,
فَقَضَىٰهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَـٰوَاتٍ فِى يَوْمَيْنِ وَأَوْحَىٰ فِى كُلِّ سَمَآءٍ أَمْرَهَا ۚ وَزَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنْيَا بِمَصَـٰبِيحَ وَحِفْظًا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ
پس دو دن میں سات آسمان بنا دیئے اور ہر آسمان میں اس کے مناسب احکام کی وحی بھیج دی اور ہم نے آسمان دنیا کو چراغوں سے زینت دی اور نگہبانی کی، یہ تدبیر اللہ غالب و دانا کی ہے.
And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired [i.e., made known] in each heaven its command. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps [i.e., stars, for beauty] and as protection. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
