وَكَذَّبَ بِهِۦ قَوْمُكَ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ ۚ قُل لَّسْتُ عَلَيْكُم بِوَكِيلٍ
اور آپ کی قوم اس کی تکذیب کرتی ہے حاﻻنکہ وه یقینی ہے۔ آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ میں تم پر تعینات نہیں کیا گیا ہوں۔
But your people have denied it while it is the truth. Say, "I am not over you a manager [i.e., authority]."
تِلْكَ مِنْ أَنۢبَآءِ ٱلْغَيْبِ نُوحِيهَآ إِلَيْكَ ۖ مَا كُنتَ تَعْلَمُهَآ أَنتَ وَلَا قَوْمُكَ مِن قَبْلِ هَـٰذَا ۖ فَٱصْبِرْ ۖ إِنَّ ٱلْعَـٰقِبَةَ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
یہ خبریں غیب کی خبروں میں سے ہیں جن کی وحی ہم آپ کی طرف کرتے ہیں انہیں اس سے پہلے آپ جانتے تھے اور نہ آپ کی قوم، اس لئے آپ صبر کرتے رہیئے (یقین مانیئے) کہ انجام کار پرہیزگاروں کے لئے ہی ہے۔
That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muḥammad]. You knew it not, neither you nor your people, before this. So be patient; indeed, the [best] outcome is for the righteous.
۞ وَلَمَّا ضُرِبَ ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ مَثَلًا إِذَا قَوْمُكَ مِنْهُ يَصِدُّونَ
اور جب ابن مریم کی مثال بیان کی گئی تو اس سے تیری قوم (خوشی سے) چیخنے لگی ہے.
And when the son of Mary was presented as an example, immediately your people laughed aloud.
