وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ ءَايَةٍ مِّنْ ءَايَـٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
اور ان کے پاس کوئی نشانی بھی ان کے رب کی نشانیوں میں نہیں آتی مگر وه اس سے اعراض ہی کرتے ہیں۔
And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they turn away therefrom.
وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْ ءَايَـٰتِنَا فَكَانُوا۟ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
اور ہم نے ان کو اپنی نشانیاں بھی عطا فرمائیں (لیکن) تاہم وه ان سے روگردانی ہی کرتے رہے.
And We gave them Our signs, but from them they were turning away.
وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ
اور ان کے پاس رحمٰن کی طرف سے جو بھی نئی نصیحت آئی یہ اس سے روگردانی کرنے والے بن گئے.
And no mention [i.e., revelation] comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it.
وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ ءَايَةٍ مِّنْ ءَايَـٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
اور ان کے پاس تو ان کے رب کی نشانیوں میں سے کوئی نشانی ایسی نہیں آئی جس سے یہ بے رخی نہ برتتے ہوں.
And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they are from it turning away.
فَمَا لَهُمْ عَنِ ٱلتَّذْكِرَةِ مُعْرِضِينَ
انہیں کیا ہو گیا ہے؟ کہ نصیحت سے منھ موڑ رہے ہیں.
Then what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away.
