وَهُوَ ٱللَّهُ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يَعْلَمُ سِرَّكُمْ وَجَهْرَكُمْ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُونَ
اور وہی ہے معبود برحق آسمانوں میں بھی اور زمین میں بھی، وه تمہارے پوشیده احوال کو بھی اور تمہارے ﻇاہر احوال کو بھی جانتا ہے اور تم جو کچھ عمل کرتے ہو اس کو بھی جانتا ہے۔
And He is Allāh, [the only deity] in the heavens and the earth. He knows your secret and what you make public, and He knows that which you earn.
وَقَالَتْ أُولَىٰهُمْ لِأُخْرَىٰهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِن فَضْلٍ فَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
اور پہلے لوگ پچھلے لوگوں سے کہیں گے کہ پھر تم کو ہم پر کوئی فوقیت نہیں سو تم بھی اپنی کمائی کے بدلے میں عذاب کامزه چکھو۔
And the first of them will say to the last of them, "Then you had not any favor over us, so taste the punishment for what you used to earn."
ثُمَّ قِيلَ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ ذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْخُلْدِ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
پھر ﻇالموں سے کہا جائے گا کہ ہمیشہ کا عذاب چکھو۔ تم کو تو تمہارے کیے کا ہی بدلہ ملا ہے.
Then it will be said to those who had wronged, "Taste the punishment of eternity; are you being recompensed except for what you used to earn?"
أَفَمَن يَتَّقِى بِوَجْهِهِۦ سُوٓءَ ٱلْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۚ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ذُوقُوا۟ مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
بھلا جو شخص قیامت کے دن کے بدترین عذاب کی سپر (ڈھال) اپنے منھ کو بنائے گا۔ (ایسے) ﻇالموں سے کہا جائے گا کہ اپنے کیے کا (وبال) چکھو.
Then is he who will shield with his face the worst of the punishment on the Day of Resurrection [like one secure from it]? And it will be said to the wrongdoers, "Taste what you used to earn."
