قَالُوا۟ يَـٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَن نَّدْخُلَهَآ أَبَدًا مَّا دَامُوا۟ فِيهَا ۖ فَٱذْهَبْ أَنتَ وَرَبُّكَ فَقَـٰتِلَآ إِنَّا هَـٰهُنَا قَـٰعِدُونَ
قوم نے جواب دیا کہ اے موسیٰ! جب تک وه وہاں ہیں تب تک ہم ہرگز وہاں نہ جائیں گے، اس لئے تم اور تمہارا پروردگار جا کر دونوں ہی لڑ بھڑ لو، ہم یہیں بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں۔۔
They said, "O Moses, indeed we will not enter it, ever, as long as they are within it; so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here."
وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْغَنِىُّ ذُو ٱلرَّحْمَةِ ۚ إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفْ مِنۢ بَعْدِكُم مَّا يَشَآءُ كَمَآ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن ذُرِّيَّةِ قَوْمٍ ءَاخَرِينَ
اور آپ کا رب بالکل غنی ہے رحمت واﻻ ہے۔ اگر وه چاہے تو تم سب کو اٹھا لے اور تمہارے بعد جس کو چاہے تمہاری جگہ آباد کردے جیسا کہ تم کو ایک دوسری قوم کی نسل سے پیدا کیا ہے۔
And your Lord is the Free of need, the possessor of mercy. If He wills, He can do away with you and give succession after you to whomever He wills, just as He produced you from the descendants of another people.
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦ وَمِنْهُم مَّن لَّا يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦ ۚ وَرَبُّكَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ
اور ان میں سے بعض ایسے ہیں جو اس پر ایمان لے آئیں گے اور بعض ایسے ہیں کہ اس پر ایمان نہ ﻻئیں گے۔ اور آپ کا رب مفسدوں کو خوب جانتا ہے.
And of them are those who believe in it, and of them are those who do not believe in it. And your Lord is most knowing of the corrupters.
وَرَبُّكَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَلَقَدْ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ ۖ وَءَاتَيْنَا دَاوُۥدَ زَبُورًا
آسمانوں وزمین میں جو بھی ہے آپ کا رب سب کو بخوبی جانتا ہے۔ ہم نے بعض پیغمبروں کو بعض پر بہتری اور برتری دی ہے اور داؤد کو زبور ہم نے عطا فرمائی ہے.
And your Lord is most knowing of whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And We have made some of the prophets exceed others [in various ways], and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].
وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ذُو ٱلرَّحْمَةِ ۖ لَوْ يُؤَاخِذُهُم بِمَا كَسَبُوا۟ لَعَجَّلَ لَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابَ ۚ بَل لَّهُم مَّوْعِدٌ لَّن يَجِدُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦ مَوْئِلًا
تیرا پروردگار بہت ہی بخشش واﻻ اور مہربانی واﻻ ہے وه اگر ان کے اعمال کی سزا میں پکڑے تو بےشک انہیں جلد ہی عذاب کردے، بلکہ ان کے لئے ایک وعده کی گھڑی مقرر ہے جس سے وه سرکنے کی ہرگز جگہ نہیں پائیں گے.
And your Lord is the Forgiving, the possessor of mercy. If He were to impose blame upon them for what they earned, He would have hastened for them the punishment. Rather, for them is an appointment from which they will never find an escape.
