أَمْ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِّنَ ٱلْمُلْكِ فَإِذًا لَّا يُؤْتُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ نَقِيرًا
کیا ان کا کوئی حصہ سلطنت میں ہے؟ اگر ایسا ہو تو پھر یہ کسی کو ایک کھجور کی گٹھلی کے شگاف کے برابر بھی کچھ نہ دیں گے۔
Or have they a share of dominion? Then [if that were so], they would not give the people [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْتُونَ مَآ ءَاتَوا۟ وَّقُلُوبُهُمْ وَجِلَةٌ أَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ رَٰجِعُونَ
اور جو لوگ دیتے ہیں جو کچھ دیتے ہیں اور ان کے دل کپکپاتے ہیں کہ وه اپنے رب کی طرف لوٹنے والے ہیں.
And they who give what they give while their hearts are fearful because they will be returning to their Lord -
ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُم بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ هُمْ كَـٰفِرُونَ
جو زکوٰة نہیں دیتے اورآخرت کے بھی منکر ہی رہتے ہیں.
Those who do not give zakāh, and in the Hereafter they are disbelievers.
