أَفَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضْوَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَنۢ بَآءَ بِسَخَطٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأْوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُ ۚ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ
کیا پس وه شخص جو اللہ تعالیٰ کی خوشنودی کے درپے ہے، اس شخص جیسا ہے جو اللہ تعالیٰ کی ناراضگی لے کر لوٹتا ہے؟ اور جس کی جگہ جہنم ہے جو بدترین جگہ ہے.
So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allāh like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allāh and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination.
وَمَن يُوَلِّهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ دُبُرَهُۥٓ إِلَّا مُتَحَرِّفًا لِّقِتَالٍ أَوْ مُتَحَيِّزًا إِلَىٰ فِئَةٍ فَقَدْ بَآءَ بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأْوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ
اور جو شخص ان سے اس موقع پر پشت پھیرے گا مگر ہاں جو لڑائی کے لیے پینترا بدلتا ہو یا جو (اپنی) جماعت کی طرف پناه لینے آتا ہو وه مستثنیٰ ہے۔ باقی اور جو ایسا کرے گا وه اللہ کے غضب میں آجائے گا اور اس کا ٹھکانہ دوزخ ہوگا وه بہت ہی بری جگہ ہے۔
And whoever turns his back to them on such a day, unless swerving [as a strategy] for war or joining [another] company, has certainly returned with anger [upon him] from Allāh, and his refuge is Hell - and wretched is the destination.
