أَفَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضْوَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَنۢ بَآءَ بِسَخَطٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأْوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُ ۚ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ
کیا پس وه شخص جو اللہ تعالیٰ کی خوشنودی کے درپے ہے، اس شخص جیسا ہے جو اللہ تعالیٰ کی ناراضگی لے کر لوٹتا ہے؟ اور جس کی جگہ جہنم ہے جو بدترین جگہ ہے.
So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allāh like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allāh and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination.
يَهْدِى بِهِ ٱللَّهُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضْوَٰنَهُۥ سُبُلَ ٱلسَّلَـٰمِ وَيُخْرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِۦ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
جس کے ذریعہ سے اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں جو رضائے رب کے درپے ہوں سلامتی کی راہیں بتلاتا ہے اور اپنی توفیق سے اندھیروں سے نکال کر نور کی طرف ﻻتا ہے اور راه راست کی طرف ان کی رہبری کرتا ہے۔
By which Allāh guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out from darknesses into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path.
فَأْتِيَاهُ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولَا رَبِّكَ فَأَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَلَا تُعَذِّبْهُمْ ۖ قَدْ جِئْنَـٰكَ بِـَٔايَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۖ وَٱلسَّلَـٰمُ عَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ
تم اس کے پاس جا کر کہو کہ ہم تیرے پروردگار کے پیغمبر ہیں تو ہمارے ساتھ بنی اسرائیل کو بھیج دے، ان کی سزائیں موقوف کر۔ ہم تو تیرے پاس تیرے رب کی طرف سے نشانی لے کر آئے ہیں اور سلامتی اسی کے لئے ہے جو ہدایت کا پابند ہو جائے.
So go to him and say, 'Indeed, we are messengers of your Lord, so send with us the Children of Israel and do not torment them. We have come to you with a sign from your Lord. And peace will be upon he who follows the guidance.
قَالَ ٱهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًۢا ۖ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ ۖ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّى هُدًى فَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هُدَاىَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَىٰ
فرمایا، تم دونوں یہاں سےاتر جاؤ تم آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے دشمن ہو، اب تمہارے پاس کبھی میری طرف سے ہدایت پہنچے تو جو میری ہدایت کی پیروی کرے نہ تو وه بہکے گا نہ تکلیف میں پڑے گا.
[Allāh] said, "Descend from it [i.e., Paradise] - all, [your descendants] being enemies to one another. And if there should come to you guidance from Me - then whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray [in the world] nor suffer [in the Hereafter].
وَلَوِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلْحَقُّ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ بَلْ أَتَيْنَـٰهُم بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَن ذِكْرِهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ
اگر حق ہی ان کی خواہشوں کا پیرو ہوجائے تو زمین وآسمان اور ان کے درمیان کی ہر چیز درہم برہم ہو جائے۔ حق تو یہ ہے کہ ہم نے انہیں ان کی نصیحت پہنچا دی ہے لیکن وه اپنی نصیحت سے منھ موڑنے والے ہیں.
But if the Truth [i.e., Allāh] had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away.
