أَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ ٱللَّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُۥٓ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ

کیا وه اللہ تعالیٰ کے دین کے سوا اور دین کی تلاش میں ہیں؟ حاﻻنکہ تمام آسمانوں والے اور سب زمین والے اللہ تعالیٰ ہی کے فرمانبردار ہیں خوشی سے ہوں یا ناخوشی سے، سب اسی کی طرف لوٹائے جائیں گے۔

So is it other than the religion of Allāh they desire, while to Him have submitted [all] those within the heavens and earth, willingly or by compulsion, and to Him they will be returned?

قُلْ أَنفِقُوا۟ طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ ۖ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا فَـٰسِقِينَ

کہہ دیجئے کہ تم خوشی یاناخوشی کسی طرح بھی خرچ کرو قبول تو ہرگز نہ کیا جائے گا، یقیناً تم فاسق لوگ ہو۔

Say, "Spend willingly or unwillingly; never will it be accepted from you. Indeed, you have been a defiantly disobedient people."

وَلِلَّهِ يَسْجُدُ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَظِلَـٰلُهُم بِٱلْغُدُوِّ وَٱلْـَٔاصَالِ ۩

اللہ ہی کے لئے زمین اور آسمانوں کی سب مخلوق خوشی اور ناخوشی سے سجده کرتی ہے اور ان کے سائے بھی صبح وشام.

And to Allāh prostrates whoever is within the heavens and the earth, willingly or by compulsion, and their shadows [as well] in the mornings and the afternoons.

ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَهِىَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ ٱئْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَآ أَتَيْنَا طَآئِعِينَ

پھر آسمان کی طرف متوجہ ہوا اور وه دھواں (سا) تھا پس اس سے اور زمین سے فرمایا کہ تم دونوں خوشی سے آؤ یا ناخوشی سے دونوں نے عرض کیا ہم بخوشی حاضر ہیں.

Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."
