لَّا يُسْمِنُ وَلَا يُغْنِى مِن جُوعٍ

جو نہ موٹا کرے گا نہ بھوک مٹائے گا.

Which neither nourishes nor avails against hunger.

106:4قريشQuraysh

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ

جس نے انہیں بھوک میں کھانا دیا اور ڈر (اور خوف) میں امن (وامان) دیا.

Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear.
