إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ
وہی پہلی مرتبہ پیدا کرتا ہے اور وہی دوباره پیدا کرے گا.
Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.
