كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ
ہرگز نہیں*۔ اس نے اب تک اللہ کے حکم کی بجا آوری نہیں کی.
No! He [i.e., man] has not yet accomplished what He commanded him.
