وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن تَقُولَ ٱلْإِنسُ وَٱلْجِنُّ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا
اور ہم تو یہی سمجھتے رہے کہ ناممکن ہے کہ انسانوں اور جنات اللہ پر جھوٹی باتیں لگائیں.
And we had thought that mankind and the jinn would never speak about Allāh a lie.
وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن نُّعْجِزَ ٱللَّهَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَن نُّعْجِزَهُۥ هَرَبًا
اور ہم نے سمجھ لیا کہ ہم اللہ تعالیٰ کو زمین میں ہرگز عاجز نہیں کرسکتے اور نہ ہم بھاگ کر اسے ہرا سکتے ہیں.
And we have become certain that we will never cause failure to Allāh upon earth, nor can we escape Him by flight.
