ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَوْلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَأَنَّ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَىٰ لَهُمْ

وه اس لئے کہ ایمان والوں کا کارساز خود اللہ تعالیٰ ہے اور اس لئے کہ کافروں کا کوئی کارساز نہیں.

That is because Allāh is the protector of those who have believed and because the disbelievers have no protector.
