29:39العنكبوتAl-'Ankabut
وَقَـٰرُونَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَـٰمَـٰنَ ۖ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُم مُّوسَىٰ بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ سَـٰبِقِينَ
اور قارون اور فرعون اور ہامان کو بھی، ان کے پاس حضرت موسیٰ (علیہ السلام) کھلے کھلے معجزے لے کر آئے تھے پھر بھی انہوں نے زمین میں تکبر کیا لیکن ہم سے آگے بڑھنے والے نہ ہو سکے.
And [We destroyed] Qārūn and Pharaoh and Hāmān. And Moses had already come to them with clear evidences, and they were arrogant in the land, but they were not outrunners [of Our punishment].
