وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِۦ فَلَبِثَ فِيهِمْ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ إِلَّا خَمْسِينَ عَامًا فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلطُّوفَانُ وَهُمْ ظَـٰلِمُونَ
اور ہم نے نوح (علیہ السلام) کو ان کی قوم کی طرف بھیجا وه ان میں ساڑھے نو سو سال تک رہے، پھر تو انہیں طوفان نے دھر پکڑا اور وه تھے بھی ﻇالم.
And We certainly sent Noah to his people, and he remained among them a thousand years minus fifty years, and the flood seized them while they were wrongdoers.
تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ
جس کی طرف فرشتے اور روح چڑھتے ہیں ایک دن میں جس کی مقدار پچاس ہزار سال کی ہے.
The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years.
