فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
چونکہ انہوں نے اسے جھٹلایا تو انہیں سائبان والے دن کے عذاب نے پکڑ لیا۔ وه بڑے بھاری دن کا عذاب تھا.
And they denied him, so the punishment of the day of the black cloud seized them. Indeed, it was the punishment of a terrible day.
فَعَصَوْا۟ رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَّابِيَةً
اور اپنے رب کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی (بالﺂخر) اللہ نے انہیں (بھی) زبردست گرفت میں لے لیا.
And they disobeyed the messenger of their Lord, so He seized them with a seizure exceeding [in severity].
