فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا۟ لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجْرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحْنُ ٱلْغَـٰلِبِينَ
جادوگر آکر فرعون سے کہنے لگے کہ اگر ہم جیت گئے تو ہمیں کچھ انعام بھی ملے گا؟
And when the magicians arrived, they said to Pharaoh, "Is there indeed for us a reward if we are the predominant?"
أَسْبَـٰبَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ فَأَطَّلِعَ إِلَىٰٓ إِلَـٰهِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِنِّى لَأَظُنُّهُۥ كَـٰذِبًا ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِفِرْعَوْنَ سُوٓءُ عَمَلِهِۦ وَصُدَّ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ ۚ وَمَا كَيْدُ فِرْعَوْنَ إِلَّا فِى تَبَابٍ
(ان) دروازوں تک پہنچ جاؤں اور موسیٰ کے معبود کو جھانک لوں اور بیشک میں سمجھتا ہوں وه جھوٹا ہے اور اسی طرح فرعون کی بدکرداریاں اسے بھلی دکھائی گئیں اور راه سے روک دیا گیا اور فرعون کی (ہر) حیلہ سازی تباہی میں ہی رہی.
The ways into the heavens - so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar." And thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way. And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin.
