وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَّذِيرًا
اگر ہم چاہتے تو ہر بستی میں ایک ڈرانے واﻻ بھیج دیتے.
And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.
