وَعَادًا وَثَمُودَا۟ وَأَصْحَـٰبَ ٱلرَّسِّ وَقُرُونًۢا بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ كَثِيرًا
اور عادیوں اور ﺛمودیوں اور کنوئیں والوں کو اور ان کے درمیان کی بہت سی امتوں کو (ہلاک کردیا).
And [We destroyed] ʿAad and Thamūd and the companions of the well and many generations between them.
فَأَنجَيْنَـٰهُ وَأَصْحَـٰبَ ٱلسَّفِينَةِ وَجَعَلْنَـٰهَآ ءَايَةً لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
پھر ہم نے انہیں اور کشتی والوں کو نجات دی اور اس واقعہ کو ہم نے تمام جہان کے لیے عبرت کا نشان بنا دیا.
But We saved him and the companions of the ship, and We made it a sign for the worlds.
