ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ شَرِيكٌ فِى ٱلْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ تَقْدِيرًا

اسی اللہ کی سلطنت ہے آسمانوں اور زمین کی اور وه کوئی اوﻻد نہیں رکھتا، نہ اس کی سلطنت میں کوئی اس کا ساجھی ہے اور ہر چیز کو اس نے پیدا کرکے ایک مناسب اندازه ٹھہرا دیا ہے.

He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and who has not taken a son and has not had a partner in dominion and has created each thing and determined it with [precise] determination.

مِن نُّطْفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ

اسے) ایک نطفہ سے پیدا کیا،پھراس کا اندازہ مقررکیا .

From a sperm-drop He created him and destined for him;
