تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ ٱلْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦ لِيَكُونَ لِلْعَـٰلَمِينَ نَذِيرًا
بہت بابرکت ہے وه اللہ تعالیٰ جس نے اپنے بندے پر فرقان اتارا تاکہ وه تمام لوگوں کے لئے آگاه کرنے واﻻ بن جائے.
Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion upon His Servant that he may be to the worlds a warner -
فَأَوْحَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦ مَآ أَوْحَىٰ
پس اس نے اللہ کے بندے کو وحی پہنچائی جو بھی پہنچائی.
And he revealed to His Servant what he revealed [i.e., conveyed].
