وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى مِرْيَةٍ مِّنْهُ حَتَّىٰ تَأْتِيَهُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَقِيمٍ
کافر اس وحی الٰہی میں ہمیشہ شک شبہ ہی کرتے رہیں گے حتیٰ کہ اچانک ان کے سروں پر قیامت آجائے یا ان کے پاس اس دن کا عذاب آجائے جو منحوس ہے.
But those who disbelieve will not cease to be in doubt of it until the Hour comes upon them unexpectedly or there comes to them the punishment of a barren Day.
إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِۦٓ أَنْ أَنذِرْ قَوْمَكَ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
یقیناً ہم نے نوح (علیہ السلام) کو ان کی قوم کی طرف بھیجا کہ اپنی قوم کو ڈرا دو (اور خبردار کردو) اس سے پہلے کہ ان کے پاس دردناک عذاب آجائے.
Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment."
