وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ وَعَادٌ وَثَمُودُ
اگر یہ لوگ آپ کو جھٹلائیں (تو کوئی تعجب کی بات نہیں) تو ان سے پہلے نوح کی قوم اور عاد اور ﺛمود.
And if they deny you, [O Muḥammad] - so, before them, did the people of Noah and ʿAad and Thamūd deny [their prophets],
وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ
اور اگر یہ آپ کو جھٹلائیں تو آپ سے پہلے کے تمام رسول بھی جھٹلائے جاچکے ہیں۔ تمام کام اللہ ہی کی طرف لوٹائے جاتے ہیں.
And if they deny you, [O Muḥammad] - already were messengers denied before you. And to Allāh are returned [all] matters.
وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ وَبِٱلزُّبُرِ وَبِٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْمُنِيرِ
اور اگر یہ لوگ آپ کو جھٹلا دیں تو جو لوگ ان سے پہلے ہو گزرے ہیں انہوں نے بھی جھٹلایا تھا ان کے پاس بھی ان کے پیغمبر معجزے اور صحیفے اور روشن کتابیں لے کر آئے تھے.
And if they deny you - then already have those before them denied. Their messengers came to them with clear proofs and written ordinances and with the enlightening Scripture.
