لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ
کسی بات میں اللہ پر پیش دستی نہیں کرتے بلکہ اس کے فرمان پر کاربند ہیں.
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
