وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِلَّا بِأَمْرِ رَبِّكَ ۖ لَهُۥ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا وَمَا خَلْفَنَا وَمَا بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيًّا
ہم بغیر تیرے رب کے حکم کے اتر نہیں سکتے، ہمارے آگے پیچھے اور ان کے درمیان کی کل چیزیں اسی کی ملکیت میں ہیں، تیرا پروردگار بھولنے واﻻ نہیں.
[Gabriel said], "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful -
تُدَمِّرُ كُلَّ شَىْءٍۭ بِأَمْرِ رَبِّهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ لَا يُرَىٰٓ إِلَّا مَسَـٰكِنُهُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
جو اپنے رب کے حکم سے ہر چیز کو ہلاک کر دے گی، پس وه ایسے ہوگئے کہ بجر ان کے مکانات کے اور کچھ دکھائی نہ دیتا تھا۔ گنہگاروں کے گروه کو ہم یوں ہی سزا دیتے ہیں.
Destroying everything by command of its Lord. And they became so that nothing was seen [of them] except their dwellings. Thus do We recompense the criminal people.
