مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ مِن وَلَدٍ ۖ سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥٓ ۚ إِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
اللہ تعالیٰ کے لئے اوﻻد کا ہونا ﻻئق نہیں، وه تو بالکل پاک ذات ہے، وه تو جب کسی کام کے سر انجام دینے کا اراده کرتا ہے تو اسے کہہ دیتا ہے کہ ہو جا، وه اسی وقت ہو جاتا ہے.
It is not [befitting] for Allāh to take a son; exalted is He! When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.
مَا ٱتَّخَذَ ٱللَّهُ مِن وَلَدٍ وَمَا كَانَ مَعَهُۥ مِنْ إِلَـٰهٍ ۚ إِذًا لَّذَهَبَ كُلُّ إِلَـٰهٍۭ بِمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلَا بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ ۚ سُبْحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
نہ تو اللہ نے کسی کو بیٹا بنایا اور نہ اس کے ساتھ اور کوئی معبود ہے، ورنہ ہر معبود اپنی مخلوق کو لئے لئے پھرتا اور ہر ایک دوسرے پر چڑھ دوڑتا۔ جو اوصاف یہ بتلاتے ہیں ان سے اللہ پاک (اور بےنیاز) ہے.
Allāh has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have [sought to] overcome others. Exalted is Allāh above what they describe [concerning Him].
