أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ
کیا تجھے علم نہیں کہ زمین و آسمان کا ملک اللہ ہی کے لئے ہے اور اللہ کے سوا تمہارا کوئی ولی اور مددگار نہیں۔
Do you not know that to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and [that] you have not besides Allāh any protector or any helper?
وَلَن تَرْضَىٰ عَنكَ ٱلْيَهُودُ وَلَا ٱلنَّصَـٰرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ هُوَ ٱلْهُدَىٰ ۗ وَلَئِنِ ٱتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَآءَهُم بَعْدَ ٱلَّذِى جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ ۙ مَا لَكَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ
آپ سے یہود ونصاریٰ ہرگز راضی نہیں ہوں گے جب تک کہ آپ ان کے مذہب کے تابع نہ بن جائیں، آپ کہہ دیجیئے کہ اللہ کی ہدایت ہی ہدایت ہے اور اگر آپ نے باوجود اپنے پاس علم آجانے کے، پھر ان کی خواہشوں کی پیروی کی تو اللہ کے پاس آپ کا نہ تو کوئی ولی ہوگا اورنہ مددگار۔
And never will the Jews and the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allāh is the [only] guidance." If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allāh no protector or helper.
يَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ مَا قَالُوا۟ وَلَقَدْ قَالُوا۟ كَلِمَةَ ٱلْكُفْرِ وَكَفَرُوا۟ بَعْدَ إِسْلَـٰمِهِمْ وَهَمُّوا۟ بِمَا لَمْ يَنَالُوا۟ ۚ وَمَا نَقَمُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ أَنْ أَغْنَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۚ فَإِن يَتُوبُوا۟ يَكُ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ ۖ وَإِن يَتَوَلَّوْا۟ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ
یہ اللہ کی قسمیں کھا کر کہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے نہیں کہا، حاﻻنکہ یقیناً کفر کا کلمہ ان کی زبان سے نکل چکا ہے اور یہ اپنے اسلام کے بعد کافر ہوگئے ہیں اور انہوں نے اس کام کا قصد بھی کیا جو پورا نہ کر سکے۔ یہ صرف اسی بات کا انتقام لے رہے ہیں کہ انہیں اللہ نے اپنے فضل سے اور اس کے رسول ﴿صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم﴾ نے دولت مند کردیا، اگر یہ اب بھی توبہ کر لیں تو یہ ان کے حق میں بہتر ہے، اور اگر منھ موڑے رہیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں دنیا وآخرت میں دردناک عذاب دے گا اور زمین بھر میں ان کا کوئی حمایتی اور مددگار نہ کھڑا ہوگا۔
They swear by Allāh that they did not say [anything against the Prophet (ﷺ)] while they had said the word of disbelief and disbelieved after their [pretense of] Islām and planned that which they were not to attain. And they were not resentful except [for the fact] that Allāh and His Messenger had enriched them of His bounty. So if they repent, it is better for them; but if they turn away, Allāh will punish them with a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And there will not be for them on earth any protector or helper.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۚ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ
بلاشبہ اللہ ہی کی سلطنت ہے آسمانوں اور زمین میں۔ وہی جلاتا اور مارتا ہے، اور تمہارا اللہ کے سوا نہ کوئی یار ہے اور نہ کوئی مدد گار ہے۔
Indeed, to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death. And you have not besides Allāh any protector or any helper.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ حُكْمًا عَرَبِيًّا ۚ وَلَئِنِ ٱتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَآءَهُم بَعْدَ مَا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا وَاقٍ
اسی طرح ہم نے اس قرآن کو عربی زبان کا فرمان اتارا ہے۔ اگر آپ نے ان کی خواہشوں کی پیروی کر لی اس کے بعد کہ آپ کے پاس علم آچکا ہے تو اللہ (کے عذابوں) سے آپ کو کوئی حمایتی ملے گا اور نہ بچانے واﻻ.
And thus We have revealed it as an Arabic legislation. And if you should follow their inclinations after what has come to you of knowledge, you would not have against Allāh any ally or any protector.
