وَإِن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا ۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مَسْطُورًا
جتنی بھی بستیاں ہیں ہم قیامت کے دن سے پہلے پہلے یا تو انہیں ہلاک کردینے والے ہیں یا سخت تر سزا دینے والے ہیں۔ یہ تو کتاب میں لکھا جاچکا ہے.
And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed.
ٱلنَّبِىُّ أَوْلَىٰ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ وَأَزْوَٰجُهُۥٓ أُمَّهَـٰتُهُمْ ۗ وَأُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فِى كِتَـٰبِ ٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُهَـٰجِرِينَ إِلَّآ أَن تَفْعَلُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰٓ أَوْلِيَآئِكُم مَّعْرُوفًا ۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مَسْطُورًا
پیغمبر مومنوں پر خود ان سے بھی زیاده حق رکھنے والے ہیں اور پیغمبر کی بیویاں مومنوں کی مائیں ہیں، اور رشتے دار کتاب اللہ کی رو سے بہ نسبت دوسرے مومنوں اور مہاجروں کے آپس میں زیاده حق دار ہیں (ہاں) مگر یہ کہ تم اپنے دوستوں کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کرنا چاہو۔ یہ حکم کتاب (الٰہی) میں لکھا ہوا ہے.
The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves, and his wives are [in the position of] their mothers. And those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allāh than the [other] believers and the emigrants, except that you may do to your close associates a kindness [through bequest]. That was in the Book inscribed.
