ٱقْرَأْ كِتَـٰبَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفْسِكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًا
لے! خود ہی اپنی کتاب آپ پڑھ لے۔ آج تو تو آپ ہی اپنا خود حساب لینے کو کافی ہے.
[It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."
ٱقْرَأْ بِٱسْمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ
پڑھ اپنے رب کے نام سے جس نے پیدا کیا.
Recite in the name of your Lord who created
ٱقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْأَكْرَمُ
تو پڑھتا ره تیرا رب بڑے کرم واﻻ ہے.
Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous -
