ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ زِدْنَـٰهُمْ عَذَابًا فَوْقَ ٱلْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يُفْسِدُونَ
جنہوں نے کفر کیا اور اللہ کی راه سے روکا ہم انہیں عذاب پر عذاب بڑھاتے جائیں گے، یہ بدلہ ہوگا ان کی فتنہ پردازیوں کا.
Those who disbelieved and averted [others] from the way of Allāh - We will increase them in punishment over [their] punishment for what corruption they were causing.
ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
جو ملک میں فساد پھیلا رہے ہیں اور اصلاح نہیں کرتے.
Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
وَكَانَ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
اس شہر میں نو سردار تھے جو زمین میں فساد پھیلاتے رہتے تھے اور اصلاح نہیں کرتے تھے.
And there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending [its affairs].
