أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِى تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ
یا انہیں چلتے پھرتے پکڑ لے یہ کسی صورت میں اللہ تعالیٰ کو عاجز نہیں کر سکتے.
Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure [i.e., escape from Him]?
أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ عَلَىٰ تَخَوُّفٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ
یا انہیں ڈرا دھمکا کر پکڑ لے، پس یقیناً تمہارا پروردگار اعلیٰ شفقت اور انتہائی رحم واﻻ ہے.
Or that He would not seize them gradually [in a state of dread]? But indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful.
