وَقَضَيْنَآ إِلَيْهِ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْأَمْرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَقْطُوعٌ مُّصْبِحِينَ
اور ہم نے اس کی طرف اس بات کا فیصلہ کر دیا کہ صبح ہوتے ہوتے ان لوگوں کی جڑیں کاٹ دی جائیں گی.
And We conveyed to him [the decree] of that matter: that those [sinners] would be eliminated by early morning.
وَقَضَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوًّا كَبِيرًا
ہم نے بنی اسرائیل کے لئے ان کی کتاب میں صاف فیصلہ کردیا تھا کہ تم زمین میں دوبار فساد برپا کرو گے اور تم بڑی زبردست زیادتیاں کرو گے.
And We conveyed to the Children of Israel in the Scripture that, "You will surely cause corruption on the earth twice, and you will surely reach [a degree of] great haughtiness."
